Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Professional, insightful, intelligent, intuitive. Having tried many therapists I often found myself going around in circles. Debbie has allowed me to explore areas of my life I wanted to avoid and truly start to have an awareness of self. A journey to empower me with an alternative way of feeling and being. I recommend Debbie with full confidence.

Debbie is a wonderful therapist for me. Skilled with a variety of approaches she is helping me to navigate turbulent times, and to assess mange and reduce the blocks that I wanted to address. She is compassionate and professional with us assessing further and deeper when appropriate, and is great at keeping me on task, and checking in with my goals and how they may be changing. A massive thank you Debbie!

Debbie is an attentive and caring listener. She lets you speak and asks though-provoking and meaningful questions at the right time. Her attention to details is appreciated as it shows that she genuinely cares about her clients. Debbie has a kind and soothing voice which really helps to settle the nerves - especially if it’s your first time in therapy. I have had counselling previously but I have no doubt in saying that Debbie has provided the most useful sessions that I have ever experienced. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who may be struggling right now. Thank you, Debbie!
