Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have had a few therapists in the past, but none that I made any real progress. I feel like Tracy offers really great coping skills for me and dissects the trauma with a fine toothed comb. She gets into the nitty gritty and helps me work through it. She is convincing in her argument about what needs to be done and I need that. Tracy is an absolute life saver.
She is amazing to work with!
Tracy is AMAZING
Tracy is a humble rockstar and continually meets u were you’re at!!
Tracy is compassionate and real. She meets you where you are. She is personal-able and gentle yet firm. She doesn’t point to herself rather she points to God.
It’s hard to find a good therapist. One you connect with. I couldn’t be happier finding Tracy. She is supportive and encouraging. She lays it straight. I couldn’t have done trauma therapy without her.
Tracy has helped me changed my life. She listens to understand and I always feel heard. She really takes the time and helps me work through things I’m struggling with. Since being matched with Tracy I’m a 100 percent more happier than I was! I just love her!
I’ve been with numerous counselors that just didn’t ask the right questions to get what was needed out of me. I never knew what to say so they could understand what was actually going on. Tracy asks the right questions and teaches me a better way to go about things in the future as well as explaining the studies of why this helps.
I am so glad that I started Therapy and really feel that I it was meant to be to be set up with Tracy. I have learned so much!
In the last five years, I’ve had four different therapists. I never felt like I connected with any of them, but knew that I needed to continue therapy a friend referred me to better help where I was matched with Tracy. I am in awe of how different she is from the other therapist that I’ve seen. She is incredibly supportive. I feel like I’m making progress even in the short time that we’ve been together. I love the organization and dedication that she has to help me with my healing. I am so blessed that I found her.
Tracy has been great so far. Very easy to talk to
Tracy has been an amazing asset to my life. She is so understanding, compassionate and truly wants to see you do better. She has provided me with so many great tools to utilize and constantly provides me encouragement.
Tracy is a wonderful therapist and I feel as though she was the absolute best match for me. She has a good understanding of what I’m going through, shows empathy and is giving me tools to get better. I’m so glad I did this and I look forward to our sessions.
I love that she responds to my journals, and doesn't mind getting photo bomb. I'm not very good at describing or wording things so, being able to send pics helps my expectations and journal entries. We haven't had many sessions yet so our relationship is still in a building phase. I do have high hopes this will help me understand myself. She is a great support!
