Sian is a patient, caring person who really does listen. I have had therapists in the past that almost make you feel like they are trying to tell or force you into how you should be feeling or what you should be doing. And made me feel like they're not really trying to understand what I'm saying. Sian is nothing like that. Through my time with her she has guided me towards understanding my feelings in and around situations and has guided me towards helpful solutions. She actually listens to and acknowledges the things that I say and helps to guide me based around that, everything is at my own pace and I am grateful for that.

Sian listens to me and is excellent at reflecting back what I have spoken about to help me think about it from a different perspective. She is kind, empathetic and responsive to what I need and always helps me to realise the importance of what I am saying and what comes into my mind, even when I think I am just rambling about nothing. I truly appreciate all the support Sian has and is giving me.

I am a qualified Counsellor, licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience.

I offer a confidential, non judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and anything else that may be affecting you. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety; relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, confidence and much more.

With the clients best interests at the heart of my work, my aim is to offer a supportive therapeutic relationship where you can gain a better understanding of yourself and your world. Together we can explore and work through your challenges and begin to make the positive changes you desire going forward.

My approach to Counselling is eclectic, this means I draw on a framework of several theoretical approaches. This enables me to use different techniques to suit individual needs as I don't believe that Counselling is 'one size fits all'.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
