I have been doing therapy with Julie for a long time now, a couple of years in fact with few breaks in between! She really helped me. She is very kind but straightforward and not afraid to challenge you when needed! I moved with her support through a lot of deep deep and heavy stuff which I can confidently say wouldn’t have been able too without the knowing that I have this safe space to come to and find support! She is also very flexible time vice and when I had it though she always tried her best to offer me additional time slots to hold the extra space I needed that week! Thank you Julie for everything

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. Reviewed July 2023

Julie is very compassionate, understanding, brings me a lot of support, understands what is happening even when I don't understand it myself and has a great way of explaining it to me which is why I learn more about myself and understand myself better. It helps me very much with my decision making. I would highly recommend Julie and I am very thankful for her. She is also very kind when it comes to talking about things you may not be comfortable talking about at first, but you feel like they might be a necessity, just don't know how to explain some things yourself. She will help you sort out things in your mind so they make more sense and so that you feel comfortable talking to her in order to try and help yourself and your mind. I would recommend Julie because she can help you a great deal if you also collaborate and want to help yourself because you can feel safe with her. Thank you Julie.
