I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, substance use, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I use a collaborative approach in which I work with clients to jointly define goals for treatment.

I am trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, but I have ample experience working with individuals as well. I use a variety of approaches- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

That said, I find that the fit between client and therapist often matters more than the particular approach, and I place a great deal of importance on establishing and maintaining an effective therapeutic alliance.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Also- my schedule is somewhat flexible most weeks. If you are looking for an appointment and don't see a time that works, please message me and I will see what I can do to fit you in. However, please note that I typically do not see clients in the evenings or on weekends.
