Reaching out and speaking to someone like Chantal was really beneficial for me at a time where I needed any kind of positivity in the world, feedback, and belief that I could get back to feeling like myself where at a time it felt as if that wasn't necessarily like that. Reaching out to her, and her offering me those resources in return as well definitely opened myself up to check out and log the Journal logs, or wanting to check out the worksheets. Basically feeling as if I was getting onto the right track to self-improvement.
