Jenny's support will help maintain a healthy perspective on work-life balance and good stress management at work. If you are dealing with a narcissist at work, she explains the social science behind the narcissist's actions, and how to safely manage working with that type of individual. If you find yourself in a toxic work environment and/or part of a toxic team, Jenny will help with maintaining good mental health until you are able to change to a better situation. She provides tools that support self care, empowerment, confidence, and self-reliance. She also teaches people how to recognise and stay out of a narcissist's drama triangles. She provides comfort along the journey to better mental health at work and supports the personal development of skills to better manage stressful work, as well as working with narcissists and high-conflict people.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jenny is a wonderful therapist. I felt a strong connection with her from day 1 and we were able to work through the issues I was going through at the time. Our sessions have left a deep impression on me and I know the impact she had on my life will be felt for years to come. I am so grateful to have worked with Jenny and would recommend her to anyone who’s new or returning to therapy and needs a gentle, supportive and thoughtful guide.
