Jen has created a safe space for me from the very first second, enabling me to process whatever was going on in my life and to work on the things that are important to me. She listens closely to me, is understanding and empathetic and offers new angles when I seem to be going in circles on a topic. Absolutely always in a positive and respectful manner. She has helped me tremendously in 2024 and I am very much looking forward to continue to working together in 2025.

Jen has been so helpful and supportive. I've undergone therapy with a number of individuals in my time, and although I know picking a therapist is really personal to everyone, I've found Jen to be really relatable, down to earth, and real, which has really helped me bond with her as my therapist and helped me on my healing journey.

Hello and welcome! I am Jen.

I am a licensed counsellor in the UK with 3 years of experience. I studied Person-Centred Counselling at the University of Brighton and am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am from Southern Ireland but live on the south coast of the UK. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression and family issues. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Jennifer makes me feel heard for the first time in my life, I look forward to our sessions as she creates a space that is supportive, non-judgmental, freeing and understanding. Without Jennifers support and advice - I would definitely of not been able to get into the mental state I am in currently. Forever grateful for the time and support she gives me.
