I have been working with Graham (Alan) for several months now and can honestly say that I have never felt such a confidence in my own abilities to understand myself, my thoughts, my reasons and my uniqueness. Every session, I throw Graham curve balls with new issues or concerns and every week he grounds me and brings me back down to earth, helping me stay on track to a better me. Being a gay man, I was cautious about how a heterosexual male therapist would understand or reason with my struggles and life experiences but I can say that Graham has NEVER made me feel ‘different’ or ‘awkward’. He has gay friends and immediately made me feel comfortable to discuss my sexuality and related my concerns with other human beings, who are just like me. Thank you Graham.

Alan is fantastic. He listens and give good feedback. He challenges me but when I don't meet the challenge on days when I am less than perfect, he does bring it up and just continue to work with me without judgement. He starts where I am at the moment. I have had other therapist who push an agenda no matter what is happening. I am getting a lot out of my time here. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I cannot thank Alan enough for his help. He helped me taking the steps to see how to move on and grow. I used to have a lot of problems that I couldn't see myself, without his help I would never have grown out of the place I used to be. My family has come back together and I'm very excited for this new chapter of my life.

Enjoying working with Alan. He has a great set of tools he uses in our daily sessions. As a person with adhd himself, I find it hopeful to work with him and manage my ND state as well as he does.

Alan is absolutely amazing! He’s been a guiding light for me. I’ve learned so many tools that I can implement and I’ve become more independent and confident since working with him. A lot is making sense for me, my mind is calmer and I’m more present and grateful in my life now. I came looking for more peace and I’ve definitely found it. Thanks for everything, Alan! I appreciate you!

Alan listens. He always has thought in response to challenge you and make you think. It helps. The places I once felt were dead ends and lost causes in my life and mind have much more to explore and work on. He's never uncaring, or unkind, yet he doesn't wallow with you in your pain as he knows his job it to help you figure things out and get you moving again. I like being challenged to think new thoughts, try new ideas, learn new things, and to be challenged. I feel like I am a little better after everytime I see him. I have made significant strides forward. Highly recommended!

11/10 would recommend. I have been having sessions since late 2023 and more motivated to keep going as each week passes. Alan (Graham) is keeping me on track and fired up. He's motivating and asking the appropriate pressing questions to be sure I reach my personal goals. I appreciate his personable nature and relaxed methods. I feel his guidance is paying off in large volumes. My situation is; I feel I'm lazy, a procrastinator and I don't complete tasks. I'm learning more each week about what is behind this and how to change the course of my future. Applying new processes to my daily life to make positive changes going forward. As a business owner and team leader I needed to make changes to my daily habits, life style and life management and I feel Alan (Graham) is really bringing the best out in me with his easy going, relaxed approach to the sessions. I appreciate every minute.
