My therapeutic core and basis of my training is person-centred, I approach most of work in a person-centred way. I find this works well for building and maintaining a therapeutic relationship.

I know sometimes it can be scary, it can hard enough just accepting that help maybe needed. So, I follow your lead in seeking your goals for what you need. Whether it’s a gentle push in the right direction that is needed, or that I follow you along your path.

I make empathy, and unconditional positive regard the core of what I offer, making you the priority whilst remaining ethical in what I do. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels, but instead empowering the genuine individual.

I am a member of the BACP and National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society allowing to maintain my ethical approach and attend regular continual professional development. Whilst the core of my training is Person- Centred. My approach is a more integrative and tailored to the individual need of the client. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. It is important to be heard, and it can make a huge difference.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
