Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Reviewed April 2024

In short, highly recommend Kate as a therapist. She's helped me with complex issues that many of my doctors/medical-professionals have struggled to aid me with, and makes me feel content in my thoughts, no matter how complicated I felt them to be. Greatly appreciate you Kate, Thanks for your dedication to help us and me through life.

Reviewed December 2023

Kate has treated me with kindness and respect and listens to my needs.

Reviewed June 2023

Kate has been wonderful. My first experience of therapy and I didn't know what to expect or how it would work. From our first session Kate has been incredible and I can feel the difference it's making to everyday life and how I feel and able to deal with the challenges I'm facing. She encourages me but never pushes. The sessions are one of the highlights of my week, I didn't realise how important they would become. I always thought I didn't need therapy because I had friends but it really is so different, should have started years ago, Everyone should have a Kate to talk to! Thank you
