Rav was very easy to talk to, a very good and sympathetic listener and good at prompting further constructive reflection without judgement. It was exactly what I needed to unload an overburdened mind and sort through the chaos. Ravinder was amazing from the very first moment we started working together. I signed up to betterhelp in desperation as I didn't know which way to turn during a really dark moment. Ravinder was incredibly supportive from the first moment, imparting her knowledge in a calm and measured way, teaching me how to have more compassion for myself and giving me practical exercises to get me on the right path. I found Ravinder incredibly supportive and kind as well as very knowledgeable. She listened to me, asked me at every step how I wanted to proceed and brought her own expertise in a supportive way. Ravinder Kaur has helped me incredibly. After only a few weeks I was able to change my way of thinking and going about things, which made everything much easier and lighter. Ravinder Kaur has been a breath of fresh air. I've had therapy in the past but she's the only one I can for sure say provided a sense of comfort. She was very reassuring and also pushed me to think of other perspectives in a situation. She helps talk through scenarios and helped me to walk through my feelings. Ravinder also provided me with worksheets to help outside of sessions and helped me build a toolbox of coping mechanisms so that I could continue on outside of therapy.
