She is down to earth and relatable.
I have been supported to see behavior clearly. To see my part in changing my reactions to stress and being honest with myself as I move toward higher expectations for loving God, myself and showing kindness to others. I carry this cross and now accept the hard work honestly without criticism .
Jones is a very respectful, professional and insightful therapist. I was feeling on the verge of a total mental breakdown when we started and after a couple weeks I already am beginning to feel mentally healthy, strongly suggest anyone with anxiety or identity issues to make an appointment with her.
Callena is a great therapist, she asks the right questions and I feel heard and she gives small bits of homework to put into play which make me feel invested in.

Callena brings a specific kind of supportive energy that is warm, open, honest, and caring. Any issue that was brought up was discussed effectively to the point where it became apparent that I already knew what I had to do -- Callena just had to keep reinforcing my strengths and resilience. Of course, this style may not work for everyone as one size does not fit all, but Callena picked up on what I needed in the moment and leaned into it. Callena is very keen on reminding me what I am capable of to help keep me motivated while also validating my experiences as uniquely mine. So far, it has been a great experience.
