Cannot recommend Gayle enough. She challenges my problematic thoughts, works through my issues slowly, and we have had a couple of really huge break-throughs together. Her advice, and her whole approach to therapy is relaxed with the right amount of structure so I have enough time to go through things at whatever pace fits me, and I feel as though I can really open up with her. Thank you Gayle!
