I am licensed in the UK withover 28 years. I offer individual and couple counselling . Life coaching in mindfulness and transitional life coaching, I originally trained at the London school of counselling and Psychotherapy. I am registered with the B.A.C.P and I am listed on their approved register. My approach was originally person centred, which is the belief that we can all find the answers and solutions to our problems from within ourselves when offered a safe and secure environment to explore them. However, I do use other approaches when required, including CBT. My job is to guide you gently through the counselling process helping you overcome the conflict and the issues that you find yourself facing. I will offer you that safe and confidential space to explore and asses your feelings.
My experience is that of working with adults and teenagers from a variety of different backgrounds. I specialise in anxiety and stress management, anger management and depression.. I also have a keen interest in self development and personal growth. I have experience of working with couples, helping with relationship communication and mediation. I cover a wide range of other issues which include bereavement and loss, self esteem issues, family problems with separation and or divorce, domestic violence, and remaining childhood issues and traumas.. I am committed to providing the best care for each client and will work in a way that suits each individuals needs.
I have a broad client base from students to people in the public eye.

If you have found your relationship suffering through lack of communication, If you feel you are not being heard by your partner, then come and have a chat. I will listen to you both and allow you both a secure and non judgemental space for you to explore your conflicts and in turn hopefully move forward in the relationship in a more positive way.
I also have experience in working as support worker with autistic children, so have an understanding of the challenges and problems this can bring into the family environment.
I attend my own regular supervision sessions, which is a a requirement of the British Association of Counselling .

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
