Sarah appears to me like A professional therapist with so much knowledge about. She has the ability to calm you down in times of overwhelming and stress. Furthermore she has a good understanding of what matters so she steers each conversation into the right direction. Sometimes it's hard to understand myself but she is doing very well in untangling my thoughts and put them in a easier understandable frame.
Sarah has been wonderful in the 3 sessions we have had so far. She's very compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. She has instantly made me feel at ease and has a wonderful way of accessing feelings and putting them into words. I would recommend Sarah to anyone.
I feel very lucky to have been paired with Sarah. She created a safe environment from the first minute, making me feel so welcome and seen that I really had/have no hesitation in sharing anything and everything. Her guidance in the conversation is subtle and she asks questions with purpose and empathy. She is great at explaining why certain emotions arise and helps me understand them. That is empowering. Sarah has different approaches up her sleeve and seems to know perfectly when to suggest one or the other. I really love that I can ask for "homework" for the upcoming week, which deepens the experience for me. Overall, she helps me makes sense of my inner and outer world in a time of great distress and change. It is my first time of getting help in a therapy setting and I couldn't be happier about it.
Sarah is a great councellor, with her I felt like we made major progress in a short period of time. Especially since I had big expectations I'm very satisfied with how well she handled my crazy amount of topics I wanted to cover. Love her!
