I am so thankful for my therapist Samantha! I've had iffy experiences with therapy in the past, but I had an instant rapport with Samantha and she made it so easy to open up about the hard stuff so we can work through it. Samantha Alvarez is approachable and easy to talk to. She will keep a good memory of things you'll bring up even things you'd think she'd forget. This will later be revoiced in a different perspective to allow you to understand your heard, and what you need to hear in those times of need. Samantha also understand boundaries but will slowly find ways for you to bring up boundaries that need addressed to where you feel you have control of the situation and not feel targeted. She is someone I'd suggest talking to excpecially if you fail at communicating smoothly or easily.
