Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Ceri is insightful, and helpful. Highly recommend
Ceri is very reliable and a good listener. She does not tell you what to do or offer her own opinions. Instead she reflects back what you say about yourself. It's like having a mirror help up to your psyche.
Ceri is very professional and I feel much better after each session with her. She suggested me several techniques to gain clarity on my goals and reduce anxiety - and it works. Highly recommend her if you struggle with stress or anxiety related to your career or your future in general ❤️ I will continue working with Ceri in the future.
From the first moment I met Ceri I felt very at ease and could tell she was someone I could trust which was important to me as I haven't always had good experiences with counsellors in the past. She's very insightful and has helped me a lot in just the three sessions I've had.
Ceri is kind and our talks are helping me during a difficult time.
Ceri is lovely. I look forward to my sessions and she really drives into the root of the issues that I'm having. It's nice that she sends messages and homework outside of the session too, it feels like I'm being looked out for, and that she cares.
