Recent reviews

Brian is extremely perceptive and clearly makes his clients' needs a priority. I feel that he has a strong sense of when a client needs a bit of a push by, for example, asking tough questions, and when a client needs patience and support. Either way, his approach is always from a position of support and kindness. He has helped me begin to shift my perception and look at the world around me in a different way. I'm extremely grateful.

Brian is an excellent listener with the ability to see past what I'm saying and often find deeper meaning than what can be found on the surface of my words. He's down to earth and offers thoughtful and useful feedback. He has created a safe space, within which I can explore my emotions, my difficulties, and my fears. He treats me with respect, and I feel secure in the belief that he has my best interests at heart.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Brian had been a huge help in overcoming a specific life event (a close friend lost to suicide). Furthermore he's helped expand my ability to recognise and then address or overcome things that come up day to day, as well as helping me understand my own capacity for dealing with my own trauma and then others' I care about and their trauma. He shares some great perspectives, is friendly, easy to chat with and as you'd perhaps expect or hope, a brilliant listener. Thank you Brian.
