I had been skeptical and self conscious about even utilizing this type of service, but I know that I needed some outside perspective for my issues. Kyle effectively eliminated my skepticism. He demonstrated genuine understanding of my experiences, offered me some insight, and challenged my automatic negative thoughts that have been plaguing my life for so long. This is what I needed. Kyle is empathetic, intelligent, non-judgemental, and actively listens. I recommend this therapist to anyone who wants to take back control of their lives. To anyone else seeking therapy: Please be patient with yourself. It takes time to heal, but it is absolutely possible.
