Mr Winch is professional, extremely intelligent, and incredibly caring. I was a patient of his a couple of years ago for a short time and due to financial stress I had to discontinue therapy. I recently signed up again and Mr Winch remembered me! He went out of his way to message me to welcome me back to therapy. I have been in therapy off and on for 30 years and I’ve seen many different therapists. I never felt so cared about before. I highly recommend Mr Winch.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I couldn't be happier with the experience of working with Chad. He is a compassionate and understanding professional who truly listens and provides insightful guidance. He creates a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows me to feel comfortable opening up and working through my challenges. I have noticed a significant improvement in my mental health and overall well-being since starting therapy with Chad. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a therapist.

Reviewed February 2023

Before I joined therapy I often hesitated because I thought they were going to challenge absolutely everything you believe and turn you into a selfish self servin person. I couldn’t of been more wrong. Chad was patient with me and willing to talk about uncomfortable subjects with no judgement. He is very good at pointing out small areas in our thinking that distress us more then we realize and bringing us relief. He knows that life is often grey and that no one person holds all the answers so it was very opposite to what I thought therapy was going to be. But Chad was very helpful, a great listener and he was willing to put himself in your shoes.

Chad understands what I need out of a therapy session that is, to clear my "cache". He pays great attention to what I write and offers his thoughts and/or findings when I'm done. He catches on quickly to any quirks or patterns I show and goes with the flow. I've had a couple of eureka moments in the short time we've been interacting and I'm grateful for that
