I have been speaking with Paige over the last few months during some struggles with my mental health. The conversations I have had with Paige, and the advice and insight she has offered, has been invaluable in helping my mental health to improve. She is extremely patient, understanding and sympathetic and has an uncanny ability to articulate things that I'd always thought about myself and my situation - but never been able to fully realise. She is also funny and relatable and immediately put me at ease during our first session. When I need to discuss my mental health in future, I'll be sure to look to Paige.

Welcome, I am so happy you’re here! My name is Paige, I am a registered BACP Integrative Psychotherapist with over 6 years of experience working therapeutically with children, families and adults who may have a diverse range of difficulties. I am happy to offer session on both a short-term and long-term basis.
My background of working in specialist provisions especially, has inspired my practice of ensuring I create an environment that feels supportive and safe. To enable this, I innately provide a high level of empathy, being non-judgmental to help build a strong rapport.
Also, fulfilling a sense of acceptance and comfort is also paramount to me, to allow mine and my clients’ therapeutic relationship to flourish.
From utilising a person-centred base, practising in an integrative way - bringing in elements of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), attachment theory, coaching skills, spirituality and being reflective on my own past experiences personally and professionally, has enabled me to have the ability to provide a compassionate and sensitive approach to my work.
It takes great courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you on that journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
