My weekly appointments with Dr. Beverly Taylor have really helped me settle my anxiety, depression, anger and bitterness. She has helped me uncover root causes and early trauma. She has seen me when I can't do anything but cry. When I can't get the words out she talks and asks questions. I believe she cares about me as a person and she tries to help me see value in myself.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr Taylor is just wonderful. She has a way of supporting you fully, but also keeping you from straying away from your goals. She checks in regularly and gives a great guidance and exercises to practice. Mental health takes time and work, and I'm so glad to have Dr. Taylor pushing me to keep working at it.
Dr. Taylor is very kind. From our first conversation I felt that she was personable and understanding. She did not seem annoyed by my comments during some of those conversations she made me feel so comfortable. I looked forward to our time together and missed the times when I didn’t get my appointment made in time. She’s that good her schedule stays pretty booked. Should I need to come this way again I will be looking to book with Dr. Taylor. Thank you so much for everything!!

She’s the best
I have recommended Better Help to several people. I recommended Dr. Beverley Taylor to two dear friends. In a few short months, she has helped me learn how to manage and minimize anxiety and has given me insights about handling communication better with my spouse. Most if all, she has helped me to see all the positive things about myself and see parts that I can grow in. I give her 10 out of 10!
