Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I’m so grateful for finding Better Help and my therapist
Ms. Sweeten is amazing, she is kind and very supportive. I’ve learned so much for her. Thank you.
She is an amazing therapist. She was able to pinpoint early on exactly what I needed to work on and helped me work through it. She gave me the tools I need to keep pushing through. She is also very kind and always checked on my mental state throughout each video call as to not overwhelm me and walked me through breathing exercises and meditation. She is the best therapist I have found in a really long time because she genuinely wants to help.
Dawn is great, I really appreciate her kindness and she's helped me tremendously with my self confidence.

Dawn is super sweet and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I find her voice/presence to be very soothing…. She has helped me out tremendously - very thankful the universe has connected me to such an amazing soul!
Dawn is incredibly kind and supportive. Working with her feels like talking with a friend.
Dawn has been a tremendous blessing. Having the reassurance that problems aren’t always in my head and they can be real no matter how small. And somehow I ended up matched with her when she has a knowledge on people impacted by cancer, brain cancer, and the ability to help me through the strain that causes in my life. I feel more capable of handling my own emotions and anxieties thanks to Dawn and the worksheets she has provided me with
I finally have hope again. Dawn has been absolutely amazing! I not only feel heard and understood, but feel welcome and comforted.
Very happy with Dawn I just can’t afford to pay for James now that he quit his job and isn’t contributing financially
