I’ve worked with Courtney for a year and she took the time to build a rapport, get to know me and listen to my primary concerns. She was always professional and very easy to talk to. She offered a variety of strategies, feedback, asked difficult questions and provided understanding and compassion when I went through challenges. I would highly recommend.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I highly recommend her. I was skeptical about doing this, but she immediately proved me wrong. I am comfortable talking to her and can tell she is genuine and knowledgeable. I was able to trust her almost immediately and I have a great deal of respect for her.
Courtney is amazing. I really appreciate talking with her...she is really understanding.
Courtney was great and highly attentive! She made me feel like what I was saying wasn’t going through one ear and out the other because she could always respond back with what I told her in her own words whether it be in that moment or later on in further discussions. I hope I can attain that skill when I become an LCSW! I definitely recommend working with her!!
Courtney Sanders is the best ! She understands and acknowledges everything I am saying. I feel like I can really be myself and open up to her and she has definitely been such a help guiding me through my situation. 10/10 for sure !
Understanding and kind.
Courtney has been a great help. She helps me see a new perspective on my negative beliefs and behaviors. She is kind, she listens, and focuses on what I want to focus on. She also has good memory and remembers all of what I say to her. She has been a great help in my healing journey.
