Whether that be with events from the past or ongoing situations. We are only human, and emotions do have the ability to take their toll. At times it can be easier to talk to a stranger than to someone you know. So let me introduce myself.... My name is Lisa, I am a qualified therapist. Whilst volunteering for numerous charities I have gained experience of working with adults with varying problems from low self-esteem, anxiety, depression to abuse.

I have trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches; my main focus being Person Centred. This means that I believe that you hold the key to moving forward. You are the expert in your own life and know what you require for your own self-healing process. However, I am able to adapt the way we work together within each session to meet your needs.
