Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Kerry is wonderful! Kerry takes time to listen, even when I just want to rant about nothing! Kerry has been a great help the past year and I don't know how I would have managed my mind without her. I really appreciate everything she has helped me through, and I enjoy the way we work together, letting things just gradually flow. She's the best!

Kerry is a very thoughtful and practical therapist. Her approach is helping me unlock some deeply rooted challenges that I have been holding onto. I really appreciate how she is able to walk with me through the difficult parts of me that I am working through and provide guidance on how to navigate them better.

Kerry is a warm, kind, and compassionate therapist. I am looking forward to each and every session, so my sentiments about our work are overwhelmingly positive. It was my very first therapy experience, so I didn’t really know what to expect and was jittery, but Kerry made me feel comfortable and safe from the first call. Her presence is very calming, so it’s easy for me to open up to her. I appreciate her willingness to listen to me without judgment, guide me in my reflections, and provide valuable food for thought. I feel like I am finally untangling the utter chaos in my head and understanding myself better for the complex and contradictory person that I am. We’ve been working for almost a year now and I am definitely getting better at dealing with life, controlling my inner critic, being gentle with myself, keeping my anxiety in check, breaking the grip of perfectionism and gaining a much-needed perspective.
