Caroline is incredible kind therapist and it was very clear to me from the start how skilled and experienced she is in what she does. She listened to me and asked the right questions, pointed out right things, suggested the right points of view and approaches and more. I am very lucky she was my therapist and helped me tremendously during the therapy (half a year I believe it was, maybe a bit more) Thank you so much, Caroline ^^

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I started off having a fair bit of obstacles that have been building up. For the longest time, I kept my problems to myself and did not need to talk about them. That lasted only to a certain extent, as these problems started to surface, causing me a lot of trouble. I was sceptical about therapy and was usually put off the idea. However, thanks to my girlfriend, I made my first step. After a few sessions, talking about my state was calming and helpful, especially knowing the person was listening and answering the right questions so I could start to understand my roadblocks better and shed new light on them. I would have never come this far without the help of caroline. It may have taken me longer or never at all. I'm still working on myself and my self-esteem. However, that road is much smoother and more direct than if I had to do it alone.
