My sessions with Anuk take me out of my comfort zone, which I’m realising is what I need I order to move forward. Her sensitive and direct approach have made me feel listen but also challenge my thinking. I’m finding out about my core beliefs and my worth.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Outstanding therapist, never felt so relaxed and be able to explain anything to Anuk. Definitely recommend

Reviewed August 2023

Anuk has offered me a lot of support and useful suggestions and strategies when dealing with difficult emotions and situations. I like how she challenges some of my thoughts and ways of thinking where I’m able to think about perception and different view points. She is approachable and non judgemental and I have a lot of confidence in her abilities and I like how she uses analogies and makes me think differently.

I feel very lucky to have Anuk as my therapist. She has helped me to navigate my mental health and addiction issues to a point where I feel in control of my life again. She is a great listener - but that is not all - her guidance, advice and wisdom have given me the strength to begin dealing with issues which have been holding me back and causing me to self sabotage. I cannot recommend Anuk highly enough!

I have just had my first session with Anuk, I was quite nervous and she very quickly made me feel at ease. She was very professional and left me with lots to reflect on. I am feeling very positive about continuing therapy.

Anuk focuses on keeping you in a positive mindset. When I was feeling low, she gave me tasks to shift me into more positive thoughts. She also helped me to focus my disorganised emotions.
