Hi, my name is Janet, and thank you for visiting my page and taking the first steps in looking after your mental health, this in itself can be a very daunting experience.

My therapy style is CBT and Person Centred, you're the expert in yourself, and I only know what you tell me, by working together, talking about your concerns, we can come to an outcome that is suitable for you, it is important that you make your own choices, and therefore I do not advise you, but using my techniques we will get you there, so that you can feel better about your choices in life and not repeat them.

I strongly believe that by working in warm and compassionate style, non-judgemental, and treat everyone with respect and do not label people, we get better outcomes.

I have a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Mindfulness and Domestic Violence, and have over 15 years’ experience of working in a therapy service.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Janet had helped me change my life. My mindset has significantly changed. With her help I developed good coping mechanisms, and quit bad habits. I overcame my depression and found new lights and new ways with dealing with it. I have dreams and trust myself to be able to achieve them despite any life struggle. I am a different person from when I started 6 month ago and i can see the change. I am grateful. It's been a journey of transformation with the help and support of Janet.
