Tanya is extremely understanding and supportive and always looks to provide different ways of thinking about a situation. She provides extra reading or helpful materials where she thinks it will help and I always feel like we manage to explore different thoughts and feelings which I wouldn’t be able to do on my own. Her approach is gentle and kind and she allows me to explore thoughts and insights without judgement and in a comfortable and safe environment. Tanya is a very good therapist, she take her time with the clients and listens to their problems and concerns, she is very easy to talk to and allows your needs to come first in the session.
I didn't expect to feel a shift after one call with a therapist and I know this may not be the case for everyone, but Tanya really helped me from the get-go. I came to tayna to help me with unaddressed childhood trauma that embedded bad traits in my life that caused issues in my adult life and relationships, she was absolutely amazing, listened to everything I said and was more helpful and very on hand to help learn coping mechanisms and fix my behaviour traits and be more active in my listening skill.
