I came to my first session with no clue of how the therapist session works. I had a lot going through my mind; it was everywhere. But Raj has helped to funnel down the issues that I need to focus on and let me be aware of where I have achieved in life that I cannot see. Having another person to see where you're at with life is very helpful, and Raj has been very suitable to assist me with that. It was comforting to share my life stories with her because she understood what I was trying to relay. I never experience that truthfully... I appreciate it so much and am glad she is my therapist. I can't wait to have another session with her again very soon :)
