I’ve only had a couple of sessions with Kendall but I already feel very safe with her and like she has my best interest in mind. She is very real - not just a therapist who listens and asks questions, but someone who gives real opinions and input when needed. I don’t want to feel like I’m talking to a robot so I really appreciate this. She is respectful and very knowledgeable. She also responds very quickly and is always available for me. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her.

Whether you are looking for a therapist who will empathize with you in your time of need and truly hear you with an un-biased ear, or one who will push you to meet your goals and discover the best version of yourself, I am that therapist. I believe in meeting each and every client where they are and ensuring that you are heard, respected, and understood, no matter the circumstances.

What you will not find here is a cookie-cutter approach to therapy, but instead a therapist who thinks outside of the box, empathizes, truly cares, and will support you fully during this process and strive to make this experience as positive as possible.

I've worked in the mental health field for almost 20 years and I became a licensed therapist in 2020. I specialize in trauma-informed care and believe that while our trauma does play a role in our lives, it does not get to dictate who we are to become and our potential to heal. In addition, I also specialize in behavior, family dynamics, communication, and relationships.

I look forward to providing you a safe space for processing, venting, working through trauma, learning healthy coping skills, and becoming the best version of yourself possible.

i have only had one session, but kendall was responsive and seemed to understand my issues

Reviewed January 2023

Honestly, out of all of the therapists I’ve had Kendall is the best. She is very responsive and helpful, she addresses my concerns and is and is good at reading my mood. I have felt so much better since our sessions.

Reviewed November 2022

Kendall is an experienced therapist and a great listener. She helped me to identify some maladaptive behaviors that are holding me back and provided me with some tools to help change those behaviors. Unfortunately my student subscription has ended, so I won't be able to continue to see her, but I have some techniques that I can continue to try and apply in my life long term. Thank you Kendall! -Rachel
