Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

So far Susan has been great and is helping me turn my life around.
Susan is terrific at listening to your needs and helping you work through things. She primarily uses CBT and was effective for me as long as I continue to use the tools.
Susan takes the time to really listen to you. She helps you set realistic goals.
Very good listener. Doesn’t interject with her thoughts and advice until she feels you are ready for them which is really positive.
Very understanding of the loss of a parent and didn't feel rushed on time. Gave something to focus on prior to upcoming memorial service.
Susan is awesome! I have had many therapists and she is helping me get through a very hard situation. Highly recommend!
