More about Natasha

  • 5 years' experience

Hello,

I am a BACP registered therapist and mindfulness practitioner with a diverse background in the health and wellbeing profession.

I take pride in working with individuals from all walks of life across the globe and am passionate about offering an inclusive practice to support my clients to find the solutions they need, within a ‘human to human’ relationship.

What working with me will look like...

I truly believe we all hold the power to heal ourselves...

Though sometimes in life we may find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or even confused about what it is that we are experiencing?

I practice a ' whole person' healing approach by integrating a variety of therapeutic and holistic disciplines to include all of your emotional, physical and energetic process.

My role as your therapist, is to work your unique process and support you to trust yourself to make the changes you want and improve your wellbeing.

What happens in sessions...

Sessions can vary from week to week depending on what you are experiencing. Some may be used to reflect on the past or explore what’s next, whilst others can be more interactive, working in the moment with the 'here and now' for a specific issue.

This can look like a combination of talking therapies and psychology tools, creative therapy & writing , or mindfulness techniques that you can use independently to restore balance between your mind and body.

As sessions continue, I may introduce some self help techniques to practice at home or suggest some self-reflection ‘home-work’ if you are open to it.

Starting Therapy...

The thought of starting therapy may have already brought up a mix of emotions, so if you’re unsure about what any of that means, or how it may apply to you, please don’t worry…

There are no expectations or judgements so please come as you are.

This is space to support you to reconnect with your own healing power. We will always work together at a pace that feels right for you, so you can find the solutions you need from a place of calm, clarity, and confidence.

Please do feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about starting therapy or working together.

My well wishes always,

Natasha

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
