I have regained my confidence after a difficult period with depression and anxiety. I thank Dawn for guiding me through the work to feeling better. Not only is Dawn effective but she is also warm and encouraging. I feel relaxed talking to Dawn and feel like I am getting somewhere. She has helped me a lot. Even though it takes work to overcome these things there are still moments of laughter too. I respect Dawns knowledge and empathy and recommend her to anyone who has felt at a low Ebb.

I have absolutely loved working with Dawn. We haven't been focussing on the past like I have with previous therapists but pushing forwards and looking into helping the now. It's been eye opening working with her and I hope it continues for the forseeable

Dawn manages to maintain a sense of honour while giving off an owl-like air of imperturbability and apparent wisdom. I would recommend her.

It has been a pleasure having Dawn as my therapist. I think the system did great by matching me with her as she has the exact expertise and qualities that I required for my specific needs. I started talking to Dawn when I was at a really low point with suffocating anxiety and job-related pressures , and she has been so kind and empathetic, and a great listener. She has a lovely sense of humor and keen insight. She helped me gain insight into the nature of my thoughts and the root causes of my struggle. She's taught me some valuable methods that will always come in very handy for me. I'd highly recommend her.
