I began my training in 2002 and. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional and sexual abuse.
My therapy style is to help you feel at ease in the process of therapy, and I believe that you are the expert in you, I often describe the process of therapy as like We are walking along a garden path together, and I am clearing away the brambles to reveal something that you already know, but were just unable to see. I believe in treating each individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, My approach is integrative using elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, A Body Centred Approach, I have over six years experience in The Hakomi Psychotherapy method, psychoanalysis and I will adjust my approach to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Kind and compassionate therapist
Absolutely adore working with Carol. She’s a very warm, understanding and open-minded person who never makes you feel judged and appears to genuinely really care about you as a person and the issues you have. I couldn’t recommend her more. Beginning therapy with her is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.
Carol is always a beam of sunshine in my life, very fortunate to have met her and be working with her. An absolute pleasure as always

Carol is incredibly understanding and empathetic, her sessions feel like a safe space with a friend, but a friend who has great wisdom in psychology and healing. I am incredibly lucky and thankful to have met her and would recommend her to anybody
Empathetic, humble but very experienced. Carol takes her time and allows space but also gives very important reflections
Carol is a knowledgeable and kind person. She has a great capacity to hold a space for you but also bring things to your attention gently.
Carol was a really kind and patient therapist who listened to what my problems were & gave me great suggestions and advice. She was comfortable to chat to about anything. Always professional and calm. I would recommend Carol to anyone.
Carol is the BEST therapist I have encountered on this platform. I have changed a few therapists as I was not making the progress I desired to make, until I met Carol. She is very experienced, intuitive, and genuinely caring. I always feel better after talking to Carol - she has deep wisdom and insights that illuminated my life. Carol is the candlelight that sparkles when the room is dark and cold. Anyone who meets her is blessed.
I’ve been struggling with personal issues and work, and I’m so lucky that I have Carol as my therapist. She listen, lends a sympathetic ear but also gives food for thought, which helps make me stronger, and gives me a lot more clarity. Greatly appreciate her input , and it couldn’t have come at a better time!
