Life can really test us at times, and we may be unable to find the answers within ourselves or indeed from our family and friends.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jo is a great therapist. She listens to all my concerns with empathy, and helps me to work through my difficulties.
She tracks my progress with me, keeps contact with me, is encouraging and honest in her feedback. A breath of fresh air.
Wonderful listener and kind human. Really grateful for the session i’ve had with Jo.
She is interested, low stress and warm-hearted.
Jo is very patient, she helped me a lot listening to me during my tough time. I highly recommend Jo and appreciate all the support she provided me.
Jo is kind, compassionate and also firm which I appreciate. She is listening to my concerns and put together a therapy plan is working well for me. She is very flexible to take each session in whatever direction is needed that day. I am very grateful to have found Jo in my time of need. Thank you Jo!!
Jo is very easy to open up to and talk to. She is understanding, empathetic and non-judgemental, while being very professional. Jo helped me work through a couple of very tough months and provided excellent support in a wide range of areas. She was a listening ear and upon request, suggested and new approaches to thinking and dealing with day to day events that I was struggling to face and manage myself. I am going to take these new tools forward with me and continue to use them. Jo was also encouraging and reassured me I was doing well on a regular basis. Worksheets were provided but they were not mandatory to complete - however I felt Jo's selection was very relevant to me and I found them extremely useful. Two of which stood out to me and I have carried on using on daily and weekly basis (ADHD -approaching daily tasks and a couples relationship worksheet). I also found the journal very useful when I needed somewhere to channel my overflowing throughts, anytime of day. It was useful that Jo was able to see this and we could discuss themes that cropped up in my session I highly recommend Jo as your therapist.
Jo is proving to be a great Therapist. Always on time, interested, well informed and listens to me. She has the ability to steer me in the right direction. She is a warm and personable person and I feel in safe hands sharing my issues with her
I’m getting on really well with Jo. She listens and I can open up and she offers a lot of techniques which is helpful
Jo has helped me deal with my anxiety on a day-to-day basis with CBT style techniques but also helped uncover and discuss the underlying reasons. I have found that I am able to work through my emotions and analyse them better than before and feel hopeful about the future.
Jo listens closely, is not patronizing but rather respectful with me. Her remarks are spot on.
I feel comfortable with Jo more than anyone else I've talked to. Her ambiance shouts that you can trust and rely on her regarding your concerns. I don’t want to have another therapist other than her. She’s so helpful, and gave exercises that helped me analyze everything in my mind. Would recommend 100/10
Sessions with Jo have been extremely helpful! She is supportive, and funny, and offers valuable insights and tools every session. She also isn't afraid to give feedback/ her thoughts on things when asked. I want to thank her for her support and I can't recommend Jo's services enough.
