Nisa is kind and considerate in her approach to therapy. She makes me feel heard and understood as she listens to my thoughts and worries and helps me to untangle unhelpful thinking patterns and understand where they come from. From taking sessions with her I feel more confident in myself and my abilities to move forward and take positive action in my life.
Nisa was real lovely to me. She was my first therapist ever, by the way. My first session with her, I was feeling despondent about a lot of things ranging from school, to family, to life in general. She listened, asked relevant questions, and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. A couple minutes leading up to our first session, I felt so anxious and nervous because as stated earlier, she’s my first therapist. But less than five minutes into my call with her, she put me at ease and I soon felt comfortable. After the first session, I felt so relieved and was left in high spirits. I highly recommend Nisa.
