I am qualified integrative therapist. I work with a person centred foundation incorporating aspects of attachment informed therapy, psychodynamic therapy, psychoeducation, CBT, mindfulness etc. I have experience in supporting clients struggling with stress and/or anxiety. I am a registered member of the BACP and follow their ethical framework. I have a PG Cert. in Attachment theory, research and practice and am currently completing an MSc.

For many struggling, mental health has been exacerbated by the global pandemic, current economic climate and stresses of everyday life. I offer a space to process, make changes and move forwards whilst being compassionate to yourself.

I support relationship issues, part of this work can be supporting clients to improve communication skills, work through transitions in relationships and put healthy boundaries in place.

I have experience supporting individuals and families coping with grief and loss. I also have training in supporting those bereaved directly or indirectly by suicide.

I offer space to work on self esteem, motivation and confidence. I offer an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
