Beyond grateful to have been paired with Anita. She is by far the best therapist I’ve had. I leave our sessions feeling energized and motivated, which is rare since therapy in the past used to make me feel drained … but not with Anita! She is so knowledgeable and gives great “homework” that also act as tools for me to help manage my anxiety. I really can’t say enough great things about her.
