I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) with over 20 years working in the field of mental health in Florida. I am also a college professor and doctoral candidate studying Ministry with a focus in Christian Leadership and Strategic Growth. I enjoy researching the field of neurotheology and neuroscience. I am Certified in Biblical Counseling and enjoy utilizing faith-based modalities as a counselor.
I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and I am Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have a special place in my heart for neurodivergent people attempting to navigate a neurotypical world. My desire is to help others in times of hardship, meet people where they are and walk alongside them during difficult times. I do believe that faith and having a sense of purpose greater than yourself are key components to life-long healing.
I have worked with many populations to include children struggling with attachment and sensory dysregulation; adolescents struggling with emotional regulation, executive functioning, and peer relationships; adults experiencing domestic violence, anxiety, or addictions; and active duty military struggling with the realities of deployment and reintegration. I have worked in inpatient settings, outpatient settings, forensic/court systems, and in community development settings. Lastly, I consider it a blessing and privilege to have the opportunity to come alongside pastors and ministry leaders struggling through the complexity of ministry life or in overcoming spiritual burnout.
My therapy style is direct but warm. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in utilizing stigmatizing labels.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Rebecca is great. Exactly what and who I need right now!
Rebecca is an outstanding listener and has been incredibly supportive during a challenging time in my life following the loss of a loved one. At my request, she thoughtfully incorporated Christian counseling, grounding our sessions in faith and providing meaningful guidance. Her compassionate approach has been instrumental in helping me navigate anxiety, depression, and grief. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone seeking counseling for emotional struggles or personal loss
Rebecca is a God-fearing woman who has shown me such incredible kindness and, at the same time, pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined. She’s always pointing me back to Jesus, and I can’t express how thankful I am that God brought her into my life. I wish everyone could have a Rebecca in their life!
Highly recommended.
Rebecca is just amazing!!! Thanks for all you do!
Rebecca is so insightful! I look forward to speaking with her every week. I always feel better after our sessions!!
Rebecca is very compassionate and caring. She has been helping me get through the hardest time of my life.
Rebecca always makes me feel lighter and hopeful after sessions. Hopeful for my ability to cope and deal with situations that impact me through faith in God and hope in his grace. I also feel lighter from the burden of feeling like i have to face them alone or without the right support. She helps me to address my issues with her deep knowledge of God's word and mental health expertise. She's been my favorite therapist of all that have helped me through the years.
Rebecca has been awesome! I love that she gives me scripture to combat the lies I’ve told myself and believed over the years. I’m so thankful to have met her and for her support as I start on my path to freedom.
Rebecca is a calming voice of reason. I appreciate her faith-based approach and thoughtful insight on how to navigate through daily life.
She is great at listening and providing solutions.
She’s the only one that understood me
Rebecca has been since the very beginning a very patient, focused listener and then gives her best guidance all while asking questions to better under what I am going through. She will provide Biblical backing on things she is saying if I ask but it never feels like she is being a "judgy Christian" which I really value! I feel very fortunate I was matched with her and look forward to our talks.
The Lord placed her in my life and for that I’m so thankful!!
I’ve been doing therapy with her for a few weeks now and I have seen such a difference in myself. She is so godly, so compassionate, emphatic but also direct and is able to verbalize the things I struggle with. She has a way of painting a picture on what it is I’m feeling and gives me the practical ways in how to overcome it. Most importantly, I love that she is a follower of Jesus and ties everything to the word of God.
Rebecca is amazing. She is doctrinally sound and doesn’t push boundaries. She listens and she puts what seems to be complex issues, into plain and simple problems that can be solved. She is caring, considerate and very knowledgeable. Overall she is trust worthy and I believe God used her at the correct time of my life. I honestly couldn’t imagine having any other therapist.
Rebecca is the best therapist I have ever encountered. She has been able to provide me with biblical guidance and encouragement allowing me to concur my fears and concerns. She has truly been a Godsend!
Rebecca is kind and thoughtful. She checks on me when I really need that extra support.
Rebecca has been integral in my healing. Being neurodivergent and coming from a religiously abusive background. She has given me the tools to sort how my mind functions and making sense of my past to best help me in the present and in my future.
Rebecca is a great therapist. Very understanding and compassionate.
She truly understands me and what I need.
I have only had a few sessions with Rebecca so far but I am beyond grateful for finding her. She listens thoroughly and offers advice stemming from medical, professional, and biblical knowledge. I look forward to our sessions and I am looking forward to my guided progress to come.
Rebecca is great! She is giving me tools to use in helping me better dissect my issues. So far, I am really enjoying the process:)
Rebecca is a wonderful therapist who is very understanding of the things I’m dealing with and she works with me to set goals.

Ms. Rebecca is so kind and upfront. Love her style and shes been such a help
Rebecca is the kindest and smartest therapist I have ever worked with. I am so lucky and blessed to have found her!
Rebecca has been very helpful by listening and offering coping strategies for me. I am thankful to be paired up with her for therapy.
Rebecca is one of the kindest people I interacted. I come to therapy to find out the root of my problems and she will tell you how it is. She is a person who can gracefully point me in the right direction and not just tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. She gives great insight on faith therapy and I would say she is one of the best faith based therapist.
Rebecca is a great listener and really gets to the bottom of what the issue is. I have enjoyed speaking to her via zoom and then in emails as well. I feel she truly supports me and wants what is best for me mentally as I struggle with anxiety and all that goes with it.
I am grateful for you and our time we have spent together... Thank you for everything you do
She is very intuitive, attentive, and on time. I enjoy our conversations.
Rebecca is the exact type of therapist I have been looking for. Understanding, compassionate, but with a spirit of humility and grace as well. I feel like I'm not just being heard, but understood.

We’ve had 2 sessions so far. Already feeling great about it!
