I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been licensed since 2009. I have worked primarily in the field of child welfare and currently work with the adoption population. My focus over the last 12 years has been working with children who have been abused and neglected. I have also worked with the elderly population in their home setting.

My counseling style is warm and engaging. I treat the people I work with respectfully and compassionately without judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapies. I believe in starting where the client is and will tailor my approach to best meet your needs.

If you are ready for positive changes in your life, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Aimee is the best! I can’t emphasize just how good she is at what she does! She’s really good at listening first and foremost but then will ask questions to understand better or to help me see things from a better perspective.
