I have been in the counseling field for 19 years working with clients ranging from child/adolescent to older adults. I have a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling and earned Doctoral level studies in Organizational Psychology. My main areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders. I enjoy working with my clients to assist them with gaining more independence and autonomy in their lives, leading to a more productive and enjoyable life. I use a mixture of counseling modalities and techniques (i.e., CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Reality-Based) to name a few. This type of therapy has been successful with many of my previous clients and they have gone on to lead much improved lives. I'd love to work along side you to develop a plan of action that will move you towards a more purposeful, autonomous, and fulfilled life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
