I love Jacqueline, she understands so much and she doesn’t baby you. She’s respectful, don’t get me wrong, but she calls you on what you need to hear and I love that about her. She honestly wants to help and see you succeed and sometimes that means tough love. She is awesome.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She is hard, but in a good way. She won’t placate you and tell you exactly what you need to hear even if you don’t want to hear it. But she’s also very caring and listens and doesn’t make you feel like you are being ridiculous.

Awesome therapist, very grateful to work with her

Reviewed March 2023

I've been delighted by how great Jackie is. She's been an excellent match in terms of shared life experiences and thus her ability to identify with my own particular circumstances. Furthermore, in just a few weeks I've seen significant progress in terms of my symptoms of depression and anxiety, which is thanks to the skills and practices she has taught me or suggested. She's been a wonderful sounding board, firmly but kindly pointing out thought patterns that aren't helpful, and encouraging the ones that are. I am really grateful to her for making a positive difference in my life.

Reviewed February 2023

Though this being my first experience with therapy, I believe Jacqueline is exactly what everyone needs when they’re looking for help. She’s insightful, intuitive, and easy to talk to. She has been so helpful at helping me to understand my situation and provided me effective, tangible methods to help me deal with my anxiety. I trust her perspective and opinions and I can’t recommend her services highly enough. Thank you Jacqueline!
