Tricia is an Amazing therapist!
I’ve been with Tricia for almost 2 years. She’s helped me through a tough pregnancy a difficult toxic relationship all the way to being a single parent. The tools she’s introduced me too, the boundaries building, care and concern has really helped me transform from such a low place in my life to a now a much happier and balanced self. It did take me a few try’s before her to find the right therapist on here. She’s been in Hawaii a long time and it made a difference for me when understanding my way life of off grid living and cultural relevance. Also she has experience with working with children and has helped me with my older son who is 6, actively learn about emotional intelligence and empathy building. 10/10 would recommend

Other therapists seem to ask insignificant questions and need constant clarification which interferes with the flow of communication/expression.. so she is a really great person to talk to. Highly recommend.
