I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Missouri. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years gaining experience with many populations struggling with a vast array of issues. I have worked with individuals and families struggling with anxiety, family conflict, relationship issues, intimacy issues, addiction, depression, motivation, and self-esteem.

I believe in being warm and compassionate with all my clients. I am very open minded, there will be no judgment on my end. I am solution focused and strength focused. I lean towards using cognitive behavioral, person centered, and family therapies. I believe a collaborative approach to therapy yields the best results.

It takes a lot for someone to seek help in order to live a happier and more fulfilling life. I am here to help those in need to not only start this journey together but to help those individuals to develop the tools they need to continue and succeed in their journey.

I look forward to working with you

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
