So far she’s helped me and given me a lot of insight

Reviewed March 2024

Kelly has been great. I am glad I was matched up with her for my therapy sessions. I was nervous, but once we started I felt comfortable with her. She is very welcoming, honest, and real, I feel she really cares and it's nice having someone that will listen without judging or making assumptions about me. Just taking it one day at a time and looking forward to my next session with Kelly.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I feel comfortable and at ease with the fact that my counselor reaches out to me via PM, through the app to check in. I use the app to write in my journal, join groups, which are easy to join and very impactful in my healing journey. I’m very satisfied with the wrap around support I’ve received from both my counselor as well as the group facilitator(s).
