Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Michael has helped me time and time again through some difficult challenges in my life and I’ll forever be grateful to him and his continued support and guidance.
He’s a great listener and he is very helpful and insightful, as well
Michael is genuine..it shows that he cares.
Mike has a way of drawing you out through conversation about other things. But he listens actively and picks up on different cues that you don’t even know you’re giving him in that conversation. And then he’s very good at bringing them up in a way that is not aggressive or threatening or degrading. He’s very respectful of my time, very respectful of why I am coming to therapy and what I am looking for. And very good at making me think about if what I was looking for in therapy is the best thing for me or do I need to go a different route. He’s empathetic, Kind, And very non-judgmental! And I think that’s everything that you should be looking for in a good therapist! Every other therapist I’ve seen has tried to diagnose my husband through me. And our sessions ended up talking about him and his issues instead of me and my issues. Mike has never done that. We’ve had to talk about my husband, his issues issues and our issues. But he knows That I am here to get help for myself, and not for my husband! And I have recommended him to other people that I know.
Michael has been great so far!
Great listener. Empathetic
My is very patient, very kind. He listens well. There’s some things that I have said just in passing that he has picked up on and brought them up at a later time. I feel very confident that we are working towards a better me.!

Great guy who listened even when an understanding was tough. I appreciate the time and patience he took to make sure a possible solution or steps towards it could be made.
