Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Just wanted to say that Sarah helped me enormously when I was in a lot of pain and anger. She let me speak but still guided me.
We do not know one another well, yet, but I appreciate the connections we’ve made together. She is thoughtful and insightful.
Thank you Sara for what you do. You are a big help.
Started talking with Sarah over the summer because of depression and loneliness after losing family members to sickness. Sarah was very considerate and polite with all of our conversations and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Sarah is always extremely professional, listened to what I had to say with kind, understanding ears, and truly got to know me as a person and felt like she could see through me to parts I didn't even recognize. I am very appreciative of her help!
Sarah is amazing. Although we technically never did a session together, she is an outstanding therapist and really helped me through a very difficult time. Highly recommended.
